With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, including a decade as a business owner, I’m excited to embark on this new chapter. I spent much of the past ten years building a wedding business from scratch and diving into the restaurant scene in PEI, transforming previous establishments into thriving businesses. I have extensive experience in project renovations, menu development, and assembling the right teams, coupled with expertise in marketing, branding, and restaurant systems. I understand the power of connections and relationships in business, the difference between service and hospitality, and the critical role of consistency and staff training. Understanding your "WHY" drives your passion and fuels your journey. While I haven't mastered it all, I'm eager to learn and grow alongside you.
