With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, including a decade as a business owner, I’m excited to embark on this new chapter. I spent much of the past ten years building a wedding business from scratch and diving into the restaurant scene in PEI, transforming previous establishments into thriving businesses. I have extensive experience in project renovations, menu development, and assembling the right teams, coupled with expertise in marketing, branding, and restaurant systems. I understand the power of connections and relationships in business, the difference between service and hospitality, and the critical role of consistency and staff training.
